If you’ve never made a coach hire booking before, or if you just want to check you’ve got all your information in place before making that phone call, here’s a quick re-cap of all the details you’ll need to provide before your booking can be taken.
- The date and time of your journey. Even if you’re booking a year in advance, it’s essential these basic details are correct as your event could coincide with another big occasion so it’s best you secure your date as soon as possible.
- How many passengers do you need to transport? This will have a major bearing on the size of coach or minibus you will require.
- Do you have luggage? Again this will need to be taken into consideration when allocating your party with a suitable coach.
- What standard of coach do you require? If you’re embarking upon a long distance journey, many people like to opt for a luxury vehicle complete with a W.C, reclining seats, and an entertainment system to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable trip.
- Where are you getting picked up from/dropped off at? Your start and end destination points need to be provided plus you will need to mention any extra stops or detours you will require along the way.
- Do you have a specific route you would like the vehicle to take? This relates to the previous point about any pickups you may need which will change the intended route of the vehicle.
- Will you need the coach once you arrive at your destination? If you intend to explore the area once you arrive or if you need to be ferried between a hotel and an event, then this can be arranged.
- What time are you planning to leave your destination?
- Special requirements? Perhaps you’re travelling with a number of children, or you require a coach with wheel chair access, or maybe you need extra luggage space?
